The atomic bomb was created by the total war effort to end ww2 in asia during the time all of america was involved with helping the war effort in some way un like now with the war in iraq using multiple industries and professions to creat such a weapon

The U.S bomb the hiroshima and nagasaki and The bomb dropped on Hiroshima from the Enola Gay was known as "Little Boy". The bomb dropped on Nagasaki three days later was significantly larger and was known as "Fat Boy". And then Japan surrender in Sept. 2 1945.
