The war on terror is a war fought in the <em>mind. </em>Terrorist ideologies are held in the minds of individuals willing to carry out attacks on any given target with the intent of spreading fear and a message. The war in Vietnam may have been to combat communism, but we left after a certain while. We weren't contentiously attacked by Viet Cong after pulling out of the area, like we are by terrorists. The war on terror is a war that will <em>never </em>end, as the war's main "general" is in the mind, and you cannot wage war on the thoughts of individuals.
<u><em>During the First triumvirate the political order was in chaos and the Republic was in a serious difficulty moment. Basically what happened during the First and second Triumvirates in Rome was that the leaders of Military forces appropriated illegally of the power started to dominate the Roman.</em></u>
Since the partition of British India in 1947 and creation of modern States of India and Pakistan, the two South Asian countries have been involved in four wars, including one undeclared war, and many border skirmishes and military stand-offs.
The Kashmir issue has been the main cause, whether direct or indirect, of all major conflicts between the two countries with the exception of the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 where conflict originated due to turmoil in erstwhile East Pakistan (now Bangladesh).
