•    Narrative poetry

Narrative poetry is a kind of poetry that tells a story. The examples are the epic, the ballad, the romance, and the tale in verse because, in that poem, there is a story to tell.

Poets often tend to describe poems by segregating it in various parts but many times when a poem is divided into many parts then it may change the overall meaning of the poem.
