A lot of these are anaerobic exercises, you want an exercise more focused on the aerobic exercises (more cardio involved exercises), like ten minutes of swimming will really get your heart going compared to most of these exercises.
Honestly it could be a number of reasons but the best solution I can offer is to find what is stressing you look deep down close your eyes and think come face to face with it and understand it cant hurt you anymore no matter what it was your safe now and just always remember that and you'll feel better in a jiff
