In what way did Johnny compare Dally to the southern gentlemen in Gone With The Wind?

Johnny compares Dally in the form of courageousness and gallantry (when he took blame for breaking the windows)  but Ponyboy  thinks Soda is more like southern gentlemen because of his manners
