Other is electromagnetic radiation technology that is capable of penetrating a solid body to identify problems with in an organism. In addition, DNA analysis technology is one of the most important technologies that impacted biology field advance. All in all technologies like, microscope, electromagnetic radiation, and DNA analysis technology are some of the technologies that have impacted biology to expand its studies within it.

Microscope is one of biological technology that is being used today since its invention decades ago. Microscope helps to look at things and organisms that our eyes are not capable of looking. There are different kinds of microscope that are advanced from one another, for example from light microscope to advance once like scanning tunneling microscope and the atomic force microscope. What would happen if the level of thyroxine in the blood stream could not be detected by the hypothalamus?
Morgarella [4.7K]

The person might probably die.

The principal function of thyroxine is to stimulate the consumption of  oxygen and thus the metabolism of all cells and tissues.

Thyroxine is termed T4. It travels through the blood to the target cells and becomes converted to triiodothyronine  or T3.

T3 is the active form of thyroxine. T3 enters the target cell's nucleus binding to genes responsible  or involved  in the metabolism of sugar in the body. T3 stimulates these genes and in so doing metabolism (conversion of oxygen and calories to energy) is carried out by the cell, which also results in generation of body heat.
