In order to construct the Panama Canal. The United States had a heavy desire of making it easier to ship goods between both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans for easier trade, travel, and commerce. In the early 20th century, a desire for Panamanian independence was brewing when Panama made an effort to break away from Colombia. The US sent warships to Panama to support the independence movement. How is this idea represented in Article 3 different from the divine right to rule that absolute monarchs like Louis XVI used to
olasank [31]

Answer:

Article 3 of the United States Constitution describes the U.S. judicial branch, including the Supreme Court, the federal courts, and the state courts.

Explanation:

This idea is different from the right of absolute monarchs like Louis XVI, because as the adjective implies, the power of these monarchs was absolute: they made the laws, they executed the laws, and they interpreted the laws. As Louis XVI himself once said "l'etat c'est moi", which is I am the state in French. The French state and Louis XVI were essentially the same thing.

How did Stalin’s death affect the USSR and Eastern Europe?
galben [10]

Tremendously. Stalin was the USSR everything it was up to his death he had built. But not without getting a lot of hatred on the way. Following his death Soviet leaders had years or "de-stalinization" basically undoing everything he had done. Which lead to the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990. After the dissolution of the Soviet union other areas that were claimed by the Soviet Union became independent.
