avier washes the car. His savings account balance can be shown with the following expression:
20c + 35w + 23.50

Part A: Identify a coefficient, a variable, and a constant in this expression. (3 points)

Part B: If Xavier saves for 12 weeks and washes the car 3 times, how much will he have in his account? Show your work to receive full credit. (4 points)

Part C: If Xavier’s mother deposited $25 after each car wash, would the coefficient, variable, or constant in the expression change? Why? (3 points)

Part A the coefficient is 20c and 35w, the variable is c and w representing cost and week. and the constant is 23.50.

Part B He would have 503.50 because 35(12)+60=420x+60+23.50 which would be 503.50

Part C The coefficient of the cost would change because you would be adding a 5 dollar increase!!!!!! done

kow [346]

Answer:

48 meters

Step-by-step explanation:

3*4 = 12

5*4 = 20

4*4 = 16

These are the sizes when the triangle enlarges with a scale factor of 4.

To find perimeter, you add the sides together

12+20+16 = 48

The perimeter is 48 meters

VLD [36.1K]

Answer:

The measure of the arc CD = 64°

Step-by-step explanation:

It is required to find the measure of the arc CD in degrees.

So, as shown at the graph

BE and AD are are diameters of circle P

And ∠APE is a right angle ⇒ ∠APE = 90°

So, BE⊥AD

And so, ∠BPE = 90° ⇒(1)

But it is given: ∠BPE = (33k-9)° ⇒(2)

From (1) and (2)

∴ 33k - 9 = 90

∴ 33k = 90 + 9 = 99

∴ k = 99/33 = 3

The measure of the arc CD = ∠CPD = 20k + 4

By substitution with k

∴ The measure of the arc CD = 20*3 + 4 = 60 + 4 = 64°
