For what reasons do you think the supreme court found that the right to a fair trial

Tthe Supreme Court found that Sheppard didn't receive a fair trial. Freedom of expression should be given latitude, but not so broad as to divert a trial away from adjudicating both criminal & civil matters in an objective, calm,& solemn setting.
