More-economically developed nations tend to use more of the earth's resources than lesser-developed nations and often rely on those nations for raw materials and resources such as fossil fuels and precious metals.
I would asssume less because developed nation are nations with higher economy and need for resources while developing ones are starting to use more resources to boost their economy.
