There’s no really specific word for Stanza’s antonyms. However, we can use word to describe the antonym of stanza. Stanza refers to a certain division of words in a poem. It is basically of two or more lines with specific patterns, number of lines and rhyme in the end. It is something that has a fixed length and scheme.
In opposite paragraph doesn’t have this kind of characteristic. Paragraph do not mind about the rhyme , the length and the scheme of each sentences inside its body. Thus we can consider paragraph as the antonym of Stanza.
