From what I understand, Shakespear is in a moment of desperation after a long fight, so he asks god to consider helping him in a respectful manner.

Answer:

The best answer to the question: What does the word regardest suggest about the spaker´s attitude toward God? Would be: The speaker thinks of God as an old friend and a guide, who has been there living with her and helping her through her hardships.

Explanation:

"Deliverance From Another Sore Fit" is one of a series of poems that was written by Anne Bradstreet, an important female English poet and the first Puritan woman whose works were ever published in the colonies. In this particular poem, all throughout, you feel as if the speaker is rather talking directly to God, like narrating to him, or telling him, about her situation and circumstances, but also thanking him for always being there for her, living things with her and supporting her throughout those hardships. In fact, the entire poem seems like a prayer and a conversation that the speaker is having with God. The words, and the ways in which the speaker talks to this God, show that she feels Him as someone really close and important and words used like "regardest" show this closeness and the importance of God to the speaker as a guide and an old friend.

nekit [7.7K]
<span>"The pathogens from infected cattle are spread not only in feedlots, but also at slaughterhouses and hamburger grinders. The slaughterhouse tasks most likely to contaminate meat are the removal of an animal's hide and the removal of its digestive system. The hides are now pulled off by machine; if a hide has been inadequately cleaned, chunks of dirt and manure may fall from it onto the meat. Stomachs and intestines are still pulled out of cattle by hand; if the job is not performed carefully, the contents of the digestive system may spill everywhere." From improperly cleaned animal hides, and improperly digested foods contaminated with harmful bacteria.</span>

Airida [17]

Answer: VERBAL IRONY

Explanation: Verbal irony is a contrast between what is said or written and what is really meant. When one's speeches or writings are different, contrary or are in contrast to what he or she truely meant, that is verbal irony; for example calling an ugly man handsome.

The word on the wrought iron gate which reads ARBEIT MACHT FREI, translates to WORK SETS YOU FREE. This is a verbal irony because what is written is contrary to what happens behind the gate.

Non of them were ever freed due to their hard work but they were rather gassed to death when they are sick and unable to work.
