Following the Bolshevik Revolution, Lenin and his new socialist government started numerous changes. They took to arrive from the Tsar, the congregation, nobles, and different proprietors and redistributed it among the laborers so as to change the horticultural area and reward the workers for their dedication amid the Revolution.  

Work conditions were enhanced with working hours constrained to a limit of eight hours per day, and forty hours per week.  

During this period, the Bolshevik Party changed its name to the Communist Party and set up measures to limit political resistance. All papers that were not state-controlled were restricted to limit analysis of government approaches.
