<span>Catharsis, was a therapeutical technique from Sigmund Freud in which a person is asked to speak everything he feels and thinks without filter to the therapist. It is effective in the sense that a person will be able to tell everything he wants to, this give him a feeling of “relief” since this thoughts and feelings bothers him so much. The technique will not be useful unless the person is discounted by the therapist when sharing. And since the person is only asked to tell everything, he would not know how to manage his problem. </span>
