I have a square piece of paper that I need to paint. The paper had an area of 64 square inches. What is the length of the paper?

To figure this out, you need to know that a square has four equal sides so all of the side lengths have to be the same. Well, area is length times width so you need to find the square root of 64. Once you do that you should get an answer of 8 inches
