Intrusive (formed inside crust) igneous rocks are typically more course grained and contain many different noticeable minerals (for example, granite). Extrusive (formed outside) igneous rocks are typically more porous and are more fine grained then intrusive rocks (example, obsidian).

Lysosomes are made in a process that begins in the endoplasmic reticulum and ends in the Golgi apparatus which puts the finishing touches to the lysosome before releasing it into the cytoplasm where it floats freely until engaged.
