Advanced placement is easier than regular classes. But you have to be indulged with the subjects like Chinese, Physics and Calculus first-hand in order to successfully finish the course. I do want to note, the passing rate is +3 which doing mandatory subjects or a subject of interest will be easier since the teachers are not that strict and can give give-away marks.

The lowest passing rate classes are Physics 1 (39.7%), Environmental science (47.5%), US history (51.1%)

The highest passing rate classes are Chinese (90.8%), fine Arts (89.7%), Spanish (88.3%), and Physics C: Mechanics (76.7%)

For you to take Physics which has the lowest passing rate of 39.7 understand that in AP it is easier. However, you should keep in mind that you need to have some background information about Physics or whatever subject you want. As for the highest passing rate in the Arts (89.7%) you need the full experience, as AP teachers will not go to explaining the full course in detail.

Hope this helps :)

advanced placement is classes that are college-level and they are given to high school students. it can prep you for college in the future. and yes, the class and the exam is difficult because it's the same level as college.

but, if you are smart enough for it .. go for it and take that class :)

hope this helps! ❤ from peachimin
