c) Find the lifting condensation level (LCL) for a parcel initialized with the properties of the sounding near the surface. Does
Maslowich

Answer and Explanation:

Lifting buildup level is the tallness at which relative moistness of an air package will be 100% when it will be cooled by adiabatic Lifting.

Since the environmental weight decline with stature, bundle of air extend and cools . In the event that air is cooled to its dew point temperature, at that point immersion happen and buildup started. So LCL will entirely rely upon stature.

Coming to level of free convection, at this height in this climate where temperature of condition decline quicker than most adiabatic pass pace of immersed air package at same level.Air bundle will extend because of diminishing weights and package will chill off. At immersion it will came to at LFC.

No we can't forecast with in next 4 hours since it is framed by ascending of crest of damp air in light of insecurity in air and this flimsiness can be brought about by cooling at the top or warming at base, Neither procedure make deviation from stable conditions in vertical temperature profile and aftereffect of that convection is principle procedure of vertical trade among lower and upper troposphere.

Brain drain is the emigration of individual who are highly proficient or qualified in their field of study .

Explanation:

Brain drain is the emigration of individual who are highly proficient or qualified in their field of study . The departure of these group of professional may be due to better living condition or higher salary.

In other words brain drain is when a country losses it talented or highly skilled or educated workers to other countries through migration. Brain drain is considered a big problem to the society because competent hands migrates to another country causing more economic hardship to the country they left. The emigrants contribute to the expertise of another country. This kind of movement occurs from a developing countries to a developed country.

The impacts of Brain drain on developing countries are numerous but it is more on the negative side.

The phenomenon has caused  a harmful effect on developing countries mostly in Africa. As this talented individuals move to a  developed countries they become richer and the developing countries becomes poorer. The resulting impact in developing countries are lack of innovation and industrial growth, economic instability which leads to unemployment , Political instability  and loss of the country's investment in education , loss of tax revenue and shortage of skilled workers.

The positive impact is that the workers from developing countries tend to improve in skills . Another benefits is remittance; this skilled workers from developing countries might send money home and this might stimulate the economy.
