It also aimed to exchange knowledge of business affairs. Apart from this, the Junto was also a charitable organization that made a subscription public library of the members’ own books. The group was made of Benjamin Franklin’s close friends. It originally had 12 members who had various occupations and backgrounds but sharing the same spirit and desire for mutual improvement.
