Answer: The right answer is the B) A place where English Catholics could be safe.

Explanation: Just to elaborate a little on the answer, it can be added that two years earlier, in 1632, the King of England, Charles I, who pledged allegiance to the Protestant Church but curiously had a passion for Catholic art, had granted George Calvert the right to own and exploit land in that territory, which was named Maryland in honor of the queen consort, Henrietta Maria. George Calvert died without having witnessed the settling of the colony. His older son inherited the land, and, with the firm resolution of turning Maryland into a place where people of various religions could pray and live together safely (including English Catholics), let his brother organize the travel of a group of settlers from England that landed at t St. Clement's Island in 1634. Their dream, however, did not last long, since conflicts, such as disputes between Catholic and Protestant settlers, soon arose in the colony.

laila [671]

Researchers identified a personality trait that explains different reactions to inequity and named this equity sensitivity

What is Equity Sensitivity?

In a lab environment, predictions from the equity sensitivity hypothesis published by Huseman et al. were evaluated.

Benevolent people reported the highest pay satisfaction, perceived pay justice, and lowest inclinations to leave their jobs.

Against expectations, Compared to equity sensitive people, entitled people did not report worse overall pay satisfaction, a sense of pay justice, or increased turnover intentions.

All three of the equity sensitivity groups were more upset by underrewarding than they were by overrewarding, and vice versa.

The expected interaction between reward level and equity sensitivity failed to reach statistical significance.

The management of employees was explored as a result.

Explanation:TRANSITIVITY can be said to be the relationship between different objects such that if an object x is related to y and y is related to z, then x is necessarily related to z. Like in the example above, the child is able to relate the property (size) of the elephant, bear and the cat. This demonstrates TRANSITIVITY
