I'm not exactly sure that this is what you're asking, but here's an example of what I'm thinking: They would bring tea and coffee to sell because the main population in the new world was from there, and that's basically all they drank their entire lives. So basically, for trade and to make money because they knew that it was wanted.

Answer:

Because the colonial pact guaranteed that all manufactured goods would be sold in the new world and would guarantee profits for Europeans.

Explanation:

The relationship between the European metropolis and its colony in America was regulated by the colonial pact, which determined the domination of the latter by the former. Economic relations were guided by trade, which was always favorable to the interests of Europeans. Thus the metropolis bought raw materials from the colony for low prices and supplied them with manufactured goods at high prices. This kind of criterion applied to all European metropolises and their colonies.

In short, Europeans were bringing manufactured goods to the New World because it was very profitable for them, since the raw materials used to manufacture the manufactured goods were bought for ridiculous values. In addition, the colonial pact required that each colony buy products billed only from its metropolis, for example, the Brazil that was was Portugual colony, could only buy Portugual manufactured products. From this we can conclude that Europeans brought manufactured products to the new world because it was guaranteed that these products would be sold and that the metropolis would make a high profit.
