Social Darwinism is an economic and social philosophy- holding that a system of unrestrained competition will ensure survival of the fittest. Andrew Carnegie rose to the top of the business world and  justified his harsh practices with the method of natural selection.

Integrative theory view that society could never be exist unless each individuals fulfill their own roles. These happen because humans are unique in terms of our talent/capabilities.
