Ethics are something that will be evaluated on the basis of either right or wrong. If a person chooses something which is right, he is exercising ethics.

Ethics can be seen and observed in every field of life, either it is an office, or educational system, or even friends or family, ethics are always there.

For example, if a person gets money to do something which he can do without getting money from the client, is an unethical behavior conducted by the personnel.

Similarly, cheating in papers, bullying people, etc are also unethical behaviors.
