<u><em>‘Excellence is not an act but a habit’</em></u><u>,</u> was Aristotle statement to emphasize that humans are what they repeatedly do.Being a student of Plato, he did studies in diverse topics and came up with the concept that human knowledge is based on perception.According to him, what has been found to be true most of the times, or believed to be true combine to determine a particular conclusion.This is inductive reasoning.That's why we still purse academics today because we believe it’s a key to a better life!

SInce some older states felt threatened (more people would move to the west, in effect changing the number of representatives for the house), they also started eliminating voting property requirements. Thus, contributing to the <span>growth of democracy.</span>
