Hi !

you must avoid processed food (too much salt, fat and sugar)
avoid as well saturated fat or trans fat, salt, everything fried .....

Eat vegetables, fruits, and whole grain. 
food with omega 3 fat acids (tuna, salmon, mackerel ...)
monounsaturated fat or polyunsaturated fat are ok (omive oil, avocados,almonds, pecans...)
But everything in reasonable quantities !! (except vegetables ....as much as you want !)
Dairy products once in a while if low fat
Try to have a daily schedule
Don't eat between meals

hence, the chemical like carbon dioxide and monoxide tends to decrease the level of oxygen in the body and elevated red blood cells.
