All three of the gods are the same.  The answer is D.  Allah, Yahweh, and God are the same being just different names.  Only Christianity and Judaism use the Old Testament (the Jews call it the Torah).  The Muslims call their holy book the Koran. Muhammad and Abraham is not believed to be the son of God.  That's Jesus.  Only the Jews still believe a prophet is still to come.  The prophet in Islam is Muhammad and the prophet in Christianity, or the Messiah, is Jesus.
