Explanation: Bruno is the lead character in the novel, He is a little boy of 9years old born in Berlin but. later moved to Poland due to his father's job.

He was born into wealth, hence he wasn't denied anything good life can offer.

Bruno was a very curious child and this curiosity led him to later become friends with another child from a different background.
