How did thutmose 3 lose his power as pharaoh?
Studentka2010 [4]

Answer: Queen Hatshepsut usurped most of his reign.

Explanation:

Stepmother of Tuthmosis III. queen Hatepshut was the real ruler of Egypt at the time of the said pharaoh. She was actually the real ruler, while Pharaoh “remained in the shadows.” With the usurpation of the Egyptian throne, Hatshepsut ruled for almost twenty years. Thutmosis III. was thus the real ruler of Egypt for only two years.

Pasterurization and vaccination inventor
Bogdan [553]

Pasteurization is a process where certain packaged or non-packaged food such as milk or fruit are treated with mild heat. The goal of this process is to eliminate pathogens ( infectious agent or germ) and to extend the product's shelf life.

The inventor of pasteurization was the French scientist Luis Pasteur. In his research he demonstrated that thermal treatment would inactivate unwanted microorganisms in wine.

Vaccination is the application of antigenic material (vaccine) to stimulate the body's immune system and to develop an immunity to a pathogen (germ).

Smallpox was the first ever disease for which a vaccine was developed. It was invented in 1976 by the English physician Edward Jenner. Jenner was the first person to publish evidence that the vaccine was effective. The name vaccination derives from Latin vacca (cow), because it was derived from a virus affecting cows.

Citizens elect leaders who form a council to make decisions
Dafna11 [192]

Answer:

Government system where elected leaders make decisions on behalf of the people

A democracy is a government in which political power—influence over institutions, leaders, and policies—rests in the hands of the people. In a representative democracy, however, the citizens do not govern directly. Instead, they elect representatives to make decisions and pass laws on behalf of all the people.
