I have been a nurse for twenty years. In that time, I have seen a great number of patients suffer because they did not have heal

th insurance. One of the worst cases was a young mother of two who was diagnosed with early stage skin cancer. Because she could not afford treatment, the cancer spread from her skin to other parts of her body. By the time I saw her for the first time, the cancer had reached her brain and she could no longer be helped. This sort of thing should not happen to anyone. A strong universal health care system could prevent instances like this from occurring.

Answer:

the use of facts and statistics to support the anecdote

Explanation:

Objective writing is writing that can be verified through evidence and facts. Therefore, to make the paragraph more objective and effective, you need to add some facts and statistics. Objectivity means being as close to the truth as possible, so subjective words or figurative language will hardly help with that. Another anecdote about a patient can probably make the paragraph more entertaining, but entertaining does not mean objective. The use of verifiable facts and statistics will serve as a much more efficient tool if we need to add objectivity to our piece of writing.

Rom4ik [11]
Now Romeo's old desire for Rosaline lies in its deathbed, and a new love is ready to be its heir. Romeo used to groan and swear he would die for Rosaline's love, but now he finds Rosaline's beauty nothing in comparison to tender Juliet's. Now someone loves Romeo and Romeo loves someone, and they are both charmed by each other's looks. But Romeo must declare his love to someone who is supposed to be his enemy, and Juliet is love-struck, adoring someone she is supposed to fear. Because he is considered an enemy, Romeo is not allowed to see Juliet, and make the sorts of oaths that lovers usually swear to each other. And Juliet—just as much in love with Romeo as he is with her—she has even fewer means of meeting her beloved Romeo. But passion gives them the power, and time gives them the opportunity, to meet each other, tempering their extreme adversity with extreme sweetness.
