There is a quote that accurately portrays the mood when Helen discovers her husbands fate:

Getting information about different countries,learning new things from the news,are the good impacts of television whereas the bad impacts of television are it causes waste of time,addiction to the teenagers,learning or watching bad things in the television,watching movies all the times,etc. Every thing has some bad impacts and some good impacts it depends on the way how we use it.
King Arthur showed chivalry and honor above everything else which is what medieval Europe praised as highest values. He was always just and wise in his ruling which is another aspect that the Western civilization values.
