Should states have the right to secede from the “Union”? Why or why not?
gtnhenbr [62]
In short, no. George Washington's last address to the nation focused on unity. He wanted a united country regardless of future conflict or political changes. If states can secede from the Union, that would mean that there would only be 49 states and en entirely new country. It wouldn't really work, especially within the borders of the country. The Declaration and the Constitution bind us together. It is completely against the law to secede.

shusha [124]
The equilibrium price is the price of a good or service when the supply of it is equal to the demand for it in the market. If a market is at equilibrium, the price will not change unless an external factor changes the supply or demand, which results in a disruption of the equilibrium.
