Besides, context apprehension may affect the way you live (at school, work, home) and  it appears in different types such as: trait anxiety, context anxiety, audience anxiety and situation anxiety; so what you can do is to try to do a physical actitvity or practice meditation in order to be more relaxed and adapt yourself better to any context when it comes to speaking.
