Hey this happens most of the time to me as well, like it literally takes me 2 full hours to actually fall asleep.

<u>Here's some tips if you wanna fall asleep:</u>

<em>~</em><em>Avoid</em><em> </em><em>drinking</em><em> </em><em>coffee</em><em> </em><em>at</em><em> </em><em>least</em><em> </em><em>4</em><em> </em><em>hours</em><em> </em><em>before</em><em> </em><em>going</em><em> </em><em>to</em><em> </em><em>bed</em>

<em>~</em><em>Avoid</em><em> </em><em>using</em><em> </em><em>your</em><em> </em><em>cell</em><em> </em><em>phone</em><em> </em><em>at</em><em> </em><em>least</em><em> </em><em>an</em><em> </em><em>hour</em><em> </em><em>before</em><em> </em><em>you</em><em> </em><em>go</em><em> </em><em>to</em><em> </em><em>sleep</em>

<em>~</em><em>Keep</em><em> </em><em>your</em><em> </em><em>light</em><em> </em><em>turned</em><em> </em><em>off</em>

<em>~</em><em>Avoid</em><em> </em><em>taking</em><em> </em><em>naps</em><em> </em><em>during</em><em> </em><em>the</em><em> </em><em>day</em><em> </em><em>that</em><em> </em><em>last</em><em> </em><em>longer</em><em> </em><em>than</em><em> </em><em>2</em><em> </em><em>hours</em>

<em>~</em><em>Exercise</em><em> </em><em>during</em><em> </em><em>the</em><em> </em><em>day</em>

<em>~</em><em>Change</em><em> </em><em>your</em><em> </em><em>eating</em><em> </em><em>habits</em>

<em>~</em><em>Try</em><em> </em><em>counting</em><em> </em><em>up</em><em> </em><em>to</em><em> </em><em>100</em><em>(</em><em>I</em><em> </em><em>used</em><em> </em><em>to</em><em> </em><em>do</em><em> </em><em>this</em><em> </em><em>as</em><em> </em><em>a</em><em> </em><em>kid</em><em> </em><em>and</em><em> </em><em>it</em><em> </em><em>kinda</em><em> </em><em>helped</em><em>)</em>

<em>~</em><em>Listen</em><em> </em><em>2</em><em> </em><em>music</em><em> </em>

<em>~</em><em>Find</em><em> </em><em>a</em><em> </em><em>xomfortable</em><em> </em><em>sleeping</em><em> </em><em>position</em><em> </em>

<em>~</em><em>Take</em><em> </em><em>a</em><em> </em><em>hot</em><em> </em><em>bath</em><em>/</em><em>shower</em>

<em>~</em><em>Get</em><em> </em><em>the</em><em> </em><em>right</em><em> </em><em>room</em><em> </em><em>temp</em><em>(</em><em>maybe</em><em> </em><em>sleep</em><em> </em><em>w</em><em> </em><em>your</em><em> </em><em>window</em><em> </em><em>open</em><em>)</em>

<em>~</em><em>And</em><em> </em><em>c</em><em>reate a consistent sleeping pattern</em><em>(</em><em>going</em><em> </em><em>to</em><em> </em><em>bed</em><em> </em><em>and</em><em> </em><em>waking</em><em> </em><em>up</em><em> </em><em>at</em><em> </em><em>the</em><em> </em><em>same</em><em> </em><em>time</em><em> </em><em>every</em><em> </em><em>day</em>

Hope this helped you- have a good <u>night</u> bro cya)

"Including what you just said?" I asked her, smiling ironically. Choose the selection in which the sentence is properly punctuat
il63 [147K]

Answer:

A) NO CHANGE

Explanation:

<em>smiling ironically</em> is a participial phrase. If a participial phrase comes at the end of a sentence, use a comma—unless the phrase is restrictive. The phrase <em>smiling ironically </em>is non-restrictive as it does not contain essential information, so you need to use a comma before it.
