The correct answer is B) the introduction of horses by the Spanish.

The culture of the Plains Indians changed by the introduction of horses by the Spanish.

The Indians in the Americas did not have horses. These animals were brought by the Spanish conquerors. So when the Spanished conquered territories in the Americas, the use horses as they did in Spain. This really benefitted the Indians in many ways. The obvious one, transportation. Horse ride faster than any other known method by the Indians in the Plains. And they could carry more things that a human. Just let's remind that Aztec's servants used to run 500 kilometers from the city of Tenochtitlan(nowadays modern Mexico City) to the port of Veracruz, to bring Emperor Monctezuma fresh fish to eat.

In determining the likelihood of success in changing a behavior, all of the following should be considered except:
aliina [53]

Answer:

C. Social validity of the behavior

Explanation:

Behavioral analysis is a global approach to the experimental study of the behavior of organisms. Its main objectives are the discovery of the principles and laws which govern behavior as well as the extension of these principles to all living species. Applied behavior analysis is a branch of behavior analysis that uses the principles of behavior to solve practical problems in everyday life. This consists of observing a person's behavior in terms of stimuli (behavioralism), rather than investigating their thoughts, in order to:

to help him with advice, but also by acting on stimuli (ex: reward / sanction),

to avoid harmful behavior.

sometimes also to condition him to act in a direction that does not correspond to his interests,

or to put it out of harm's way (criminal profiling).

But often, behavioral profiling is used by psychologists, psychiatrists, ... to understand their patients and identify their problems in order to help manage their discomfort. Some people study profiling for a purely personal purpose (generally social) to favor or disadvantage relationships of whatever type (friendships, rivalries, ...)

Answer:

zone of proximal development

Explanation:

Zone of proximal development: The term is given by a psychologist named Lev Vygotsky. The term zone of proximal development (ZPD), is defined as the difference in a person's pattern of learning or doing something on his or her own and that with the help of others.

Example: A student can perform a mathematics calculation with the help of a teacher but can not perform when he or she is alone.

In the question above, according to Lev Vygotsky, putting together these puzzles falls in Stephan’s zone of proximal development.
