Make sure the eggs were refrigerated and not frozen prior to use. Clean egg before cracking it. Check for cracks in the eggshells and throw out any frozen or cracked/unrefrigerated eggs.

Egg shells are notorious for carrying Salmonella, a bacterial food poisoning agebacterially always wash the eggs, make sure that storage is adequate with standards, make sure there are no cracks or blemishes of the eggs and that there is no horrible smell. Also crack and peel the egg shells back, do not toss in a full egg into a pan with shell attached (some people do that and they are time bombs). Also thoroughly cook.

nirvana33 [79]

Surprising fact in Nutrition:

Nutrition is the science that studies with the food habit of the person and deals with the nutritional effect of each and every quantities of food components. There it's suggested that for a person, fat should consist of 10 to 35% of the total calorie content of food.

Fat has two components - saturated fat and unsaturated fat. Consuming saturated fat is very bad for health as it increases the chances of cardiac diseases and increases the adipose tissue content of body. But consuming the unsaturated fat is good which has just the opposite effects of saturated fat. It is cardioprotective in nature. My eating habits drifted from saturated fat to unsaturated fat due the fact learned from Nutrition.

Every single time I start to feel myself getting attached to someone and I express how much they mean to me they just end up tak
Alex787 [66]

Answer:

well i have that problem too

Explanation:

i think what happens is i lose so much in my life or i'm so sad that when someone shows affection to me i get attached so easily and i feel so stupid sometimes for it, but sometimes that is just the type of person they're and when you address it they won't take it seriously because they don't view you in the same way and it hurts when that something or someone that was keeping you from being alone with your thoughts leave. the best advice i can give is you can either do what makes you happy, meaning any of your hobbies. Singing, dancing, drawing, gaming, cooking, binging shows, teach yourself not to rely on someone else for your own happiness and try teaching yourself that not everyone is worth your time or your long paragraph's. you give it more time, more time to see what type of person they are, more time for you to adjust to being around them, more time for you guys to bond so you both feel the same and it's not just you one sided.
