Let

x-------> the number of churros sold

we know that

1.25x \geq 150 -----> inequality that represent the situation

Solve for x

Divide by 1.25 both sides

x \geq 150/1.25

x \geq 120\ churros

therefore

the answer is

The minimum number of churros that must be sold is 120

1.25x ≥ 150
x ≥ 150/1.25
x ≥ 120

2) Suppose 120 people are surveyed and asked about their eating habits. 50 people
umka21 [38]

Answer:

1/6

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that :

Total surveyed (u) = 120

n(Cane's chicken fingers) = 50

n(Layne's chicken fingers) = 80

n(do not like either) = 10

a)

What is the probability that someone surveyed likes both Raising Cane's and Layne's chicken fingers?

n(Cane's n Layne's) = 20

u = 120

P = required outcome / total possible outcomes

P(Layne's and Cane's chicken) = [n(Cane's n Layne's)/ u]

= 20 / 120

= 1/6

The difference of two numbers is 6 and their product is 55 what are the two numbers
Evgesh-ka [11]
Let one number be x.
The other number is x-6

Product of the number is 55
x(x-6) = 55
x² - 6x - 55 = 0
(x + 5)(x - 11) = 0
x = -5 or x = 11

x = -5
x - 6 = -11

x = 11
x - 6 = 5

Answer: The two numbers are either -5 and -11 or 5 and 11.
