The answer is "<span>by writing an amicus curiae brief".
</span>

Companion of the court, or amicus curiae, briefs are regularly documented in re-appraising cases heard by the U.S. Supreme Court and state supreme courts, and also intermediate courts of bid. What's more, there is significant confirmation that amicus briefs have impact: Appellate courts regularly refer to them in issuing their choices.

lakkis [162]

Answer:     Switching directions

Explanation:    Given that Jillian had a presentation before employees on employee morale, she used verbal signpost to orient listeners, i.e employees at one point of her presentation, to get them attention to what she thought was important and why she even gave a presentation. In doing so, she used a verbal signpost called switch directions because she started to move in the other direction from the question of a problem with morale, which is how to solve such a problem. So Jillian directed her listeners to what she considered the essence of the presentation. This signpost is used by the presenter because it is a medium managed by the presenter. So the audience doesn't read the newspaper so that listeners can turn the page they want, or go to the main menu to flip through options, the presenter does it for the audience by directing them to the point. Signpost as a directing audience has other forms besides switching direction depending on the needs and how to direct the listeners or what to point them to.

Searches. Officers are only allowed to do a pat down (terry search, frisk) as a protective measure. They can do a full search if a suspect is taken into custody.

4th amendment protects against unreasonable search and seizures.

When a suspect is being questioned (for incriminating information) they must be read their Miranda rights before proceeding. Basic questions are allowed. ("How are you doing?").

Abuse of police authority could be requesting to see an ID when there is no probable cause.

From the Greek word meaning "overseer"; a successor of the Apostles as a teacher, leader, and shepherd of the Church:
alexira [117]

Answer:

Bishop in Greek stands for Overseer

Explanation:

The word Bishop is<em> episkopos</em> in Greek and it means, overseer. The office of the Bishop in Christianity serves the purpose of teaching the laity, leading them, and shepherding the Church of God. The Catholics, Orthodox, and Anglican believers hold that the office of the Bishop or whoever they deem fit to be ordained as a Bishop has a lineage or ancestry that can be traced to any of the twelve apostles.

The Protestant churches however, simply believe that whoever they ordain as a Bishop has attained a scope of spiritual maturity that qualifies him as such.
