Option D is not correct. Ellipsis should not be used before or after a quotation. An ellipsis is only used to show that a portion of the direct quotation has been eliminated in order to make the quotation shorter. The section of the quote removed should not change the meaning of the quotation and only remove irrelevant information that distracts the reader from the purpose of the quotation.
