Answer:

Rights are not absolute, but general. Civil rights reflected in the Constitution are aimed to affect all citizens, but not all are the same people. The relativeness around rights is inevitable, because they were created for people, and that always implies personal interests.

Individual rights are not always absolute because in the event that everybody could do what they wanted, the privileges of others would be abused and eventually prompt disorder. The Constitution protects individual rights but also limits individual rights by allowing the government to pass laws to limit conduct. I’m writing to you today to address a few issues that occurred in my community. The government forced people to evacuate from their homes and prisoners were kept in prisons that lacked power, supplies, and plumbing during the emergency.

What drew americans and immigrants to move into the nation’s cities in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries? do you
Dafna1 [17]

The factor that attracted immigrants and Americans to migrate from rural areas to cities was the supply of work in factories.

Why was there a migration to the cities between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century?

Between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, there was a great internal migration in different countries that tended to migrate from rural areas to urban areas (cities). This phenomenon occurred mainly due to the supply of labor in the factories.

In general, from the beginning of the Industrial Revolution in the 17th century, factories became more relevant and the crafts that were done in rural areas lost relevance. Due to the above, people who lived in rural areas had to face unemployment and were forced to migrate to the cities and work in factories.

On the other hand, cities offered access to services such as education, health, public services and others that could not be easily found in rural areas. So the migrants saw in this displacement an opportunity to improve their lives.
