5²+6²=c²
61 = c²

sin = \frac{5}{ \sqrt{61} }
cos = \frac{6}{ \sqrt{61} }
tan = \frac{5}{6}
csc = \frac{ \sqrt{61} }{5}
sec = \frac{ \sqrt{61} }{6}
cot = \frac{6}{5}

unless you don't need to find c, then replace \sqrt{61} with c

Solve the following Word Problems:
const2013 [10]

Answer:

1. $11.50 2a. 25 2b. Decrease by 10

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Let's write Marietta's wage before a raise as x

$12.25 = x + $0.75

$12.25 - $0.75 = x

x = $11.50

2a. Let's substitute p with the actual value ($170)

170 = 8n - 30

200 = 8n

n = 200/8 = 25

2b.

p = 8*25 - 40

p = 200 - 40 = 160

160 < 170 so the profit decreased

It decreased by 10 (170 - 160).
