I think the answer should be the first answer: "Lower intensity, then complete static stretches"!

When you try to cool down, you don't want to increase the frequency, intensity, or duration because that means that you're continuing to exert energy. That leaves the first answer and the third answer. Between the two answers left over, I feel like lower intensity is more important than lower duration when you're cooling down, which makes me think the first answer is right. Hope I helped! :)

A healthy young woman is breathing at 12 breaths per minute with a tidal volume of 500 ml. Which of the following statements is
Nat2105 [25]

Answer:

A.Total pulmonary ventilation rate will increase

Explanation:

PULMONARY VENTILATION can be defined as the way in which a person respiratory rate or breathing increases and this is done through the process in which air flow in and out of the the lungs during inspiration which is commonly known as inhalation and exhalation. Although air flows due to the pressure differences between the atmosphere and the gases inside the lungs leading the PULMONARY VENTILATION to increase due to the fact that a rise in tidal volume as well as the respiratory rate to meet increased oxygen demands.

Thus 500 mL × 12 breaths/min = 6000 mL/min simply means Increasing respiratory rate will increase minute ventilation.

Dead space can simply means airway volumes which is not participating in the exchange of gas.

Therefore "Total pulmonary ventilation rate will increase" is the correct statement if she changes her breathing pattern to 15 breaths per minute with a tidal volume of 400 ml? (assume a dead space volume of 150 ml

Simora [160]
Obesity is defined as storage of excess body fat that presents possible health problems. Weight cannot be judged as overweight by mass measurement. You have to take account for height and body type as well. That is where the BMI calculator comes in (:
