Meter influences all of the following elements In a poem except ... Meaning Setting Rhythm Pace
icang [17]
The correct answer is B. Meter does not influence the setting of a poem.

Meter influences meaning, rhythm, and pace. Meter influences these elements because it is a pattern of beats. As a result, meter directly affects rhythm and pace. Meter can also influence the meaning of the poem, because meter can control whether the poem sounds happy or sad.

Meter does not, however, influence the setting. The poet conveys the setting through word choice and imagery, both of which are separate from meter.

Many activists agree that the solution can be achieved
Nana76 [90]

Answer:

Option A and B

Explanation:

The simple in-text citation includes the surname of the authors, then the year of publication and at the end is the page number of the citation. The in-text citation is always placed at the end of the sentence. This means that the mistake is not including the year of publication and placing the citation at the end of the sentence. So in the nutshell the correct answer here is option A (Not including the year of publication) and option B (Placing the in-text citation in the wrong place).

Identify the complex sentence (IC+DC)
Dennis_Churaev [7]
The correct answer would be B, since complex sentences have 1 independent variable and one dependent variable.

The dependent variable would be: Everytime he hears a siren
Why? Because it is not a complete thought.

The independent variable would be: My dog howls loudly.
Why? This statement is a complete thought.

A would be a compound sentence
C would be a simple sentence
D would be compound complex.

Hope I could help!

Okay, my questions keep getting deleted, because I was being "funny" when I asked if Romeo and Juliet were crazy.
KiRa [710]

i believe that he did value looks over personality, and yes, she most definetly WAS a rebound from rosaline. tybalt was her cousin, and the person she was told to marry was paris. she didn't discover this fact untill AFTER she had married romeo, so it wasn't that she didn't want to get married to someone else. you are right, they didn't know each other when they eloped, but in their minds, it was the right thing to do.
