Why are most native born Americans unwilling to pick oranges, and what challenges do illegal immigrants who do that work face?
andreev551 [17]

Answer:

Most native-born Americans are unwilling to pick oranges because they view these jobs as demeaning, physically demanding, and better left for immigrants.

Explanation:

Most native-born Americans take to white-collar jobs instead of blue-collar jobs because the latter involves hard manual labor with low pay. They view these jobs as unfit for them, therefore illegal immigrants take up these jobs that do not require many formalities to survive.

Illegal immigrants who do these jobs are paid low wages. They might have to work overtime without being adequately compensated. They also risk being treated unfairly by their employers because they cannot make any legal claims.

In general how do people, businesses, and governments respond to incentives?Immersive Reader (4 Points) predictably negatively i
garik1379 [7]

Answer:

predictably

Explanation:

In general people tend to respond to incentives in very predictable ways. This is covered by the incentives-matter principle which states just that. This principle believes when something gets more expensive, people buy less of it. When it gets less expensive, people buy more of it, thus following the demand curve and making it very easy to predict what people will do with a specific incentive.
