Each square in the diagram is equal to the value of 1 while c isn't equal to the squares. Simply 1\neq c . Since there are 6 squares that means 1*6 = 6. The whole value of the squares is 6. While the rectangle value isn't known or defined as "c" and you have 3 rectangles the value of it would be 3*c which is 3c.

So the answer is <u>C. 6+3c</u>
