It depends on the situation, a juvenile's perception can always change. If a juvenile murdered somebody, that's horrible. He'll probably be in jail for a while, but while he's in jail he might change and see the bigger picture. It really just depends on the situation and the person. The person might be mentally ill. But in my opinion, they shouldn't be in jail for life.

On the other hand, in my experience one of the most effective strategies is to read as much as possible and look up in the dictionary every word you bump into that's unfamiliar to you
