How did Japanese expansion make Japan stronger and able to resist imperialism
galina1969 [7]

Answer:

The Japanese expansion made Japan stronger by allowing them to prevent being colonized by the Americans.

Explanation:

Imperialism- This is a policy that occurred after the Industrial Revolution. This ideology allowed some countries to extend their power over foreign subjects, either by military force or diplomacy. One example of this is when the English/British established their colonies in North America.

In the year 1931-1945, Japanese started their conquest for power by expanding their territory. The two reasons behind this was to increase their resources in order to support their growing industrialization and to prevent being colonized or overrun by the Americans. Getting their resources form the colonies was much better than importing them from foreign countries. This expansion made them even stronger and resist being invaded by Westerners.
