So.. I am able to help you out half way the answer to equation would be: 
                                          (4x-1) (3x+5x)
But I dont understand the second half of it sorry.

(4x - 1)(3x + 5)

Try different combinations of the front number's factors with combinations of the last number's factors. The FOIL until you find one that works.
