A factor that influences your resting metabolic rate is Gender. Because gender plays an important role in this.

The correct answer for question 2 is D. If Susan gained back more weight than she lost after she stopped a diet, the most likely cause is that she stopped her cardiovascular exercise.

The best way to lose weight is by performing cardiovascular exercises as they are the most suitable to lose weight with low calorie intake.

1.) Gender.

2.) Lost Muscle Mass.

" Eventually, when you stop your diet, you start putting the weight back on. What has happened? The muscle tissue that was using up extra calories was lost during your diet process! Because of this, your resting metabolic rate was lowered."

Think about your family, self-perception, community, and heredity. Describe how these aspects of your life will affect your resp
Anna [14]

Answer:

Personally my family is very religious. This would cause me to think twice when offered a drug or alcohol. I would think about how disappointed they would be. I also live in a tight knit community. If it got around that I had used drugs or consumed alcohol it would damage my reputation and might make people in my community more hesitant to associate with me or invite me to family events. In conclusion, my family and wonderful community would help me ignore the peer pressure and make better decisions for my self and those around me.

How to get abs fast when your a girl
asambeis [7]

I would say the best exercises to get abs are crunches that are simple and easy to do anywhere are crunches and planks. However, the most important thing to do would be eat healthy and do exercise on a regular basis. Cut out fats and replace carbs with proteins. The very least you can do eating wise would be to eat small portions of the unhealthy stuff and exercise moderately. However, a person really wants abs you have to fully commit to healthy eating and exercise to get them then maintain it.

I AM NO EXPERT but this is my advice. Just make sure not to overdo anything because that won't help you at all.
