The first term is a1
The second term is a2
The third term is a3
and so on...

The first term starts at n = 1. We replace the n in a_n with 1 to get a_1. A similar thing happens with n = 2 and onward

Those are three ways to express the same set

We can also say n \ge 1 where n is an integer or whole number
