Paleo- Indians were the first people to enter America around 20,000 years ago. They were divided into groups and traveled from one place to another in search of food and shelter for survival. The agriculture revolution led the Paleo- Indians to permanent settlements and allowed people to grow in population.

Not only is it not efficient but also the general population often does not possess enough knowledge. That's why we have electoral college votes in USA because the people are not trusted.
